and he's in Montreal

Everywhere you go in London / Romford / Southend you'll see a Mexican band, there used to be loads of them, but there was rumour of a fight between some of the band members years ago. After the fight you'd see one guy on his own, and the rest of the band somewhere else, sometimes in the same town.
