sooo riding bikes...

is a little bit serious over here... you need to pad up. REALLY pad up! You can't see the knee pads but trust me they're hiding under there somewhere, and they're big buggers. It's been raining off and on the last few days so myself and the good Mr Stoof hit the mountain for some fun.

The net result is one silly crash and a fair ammount of mud over everything! Oh and I almost managed to bottom my suspension out (more air needed i think), mind you Stoof did bottom his out i think... oh well!
